**1. Eligibility for Returns:**

1.1 To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

1.2 Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.

**2. Return Process:**

2.1 Prior Authorization: Customers must contact our customer service team at info@geniecrystal.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2.2 RMA Number: The RMA number, once issued, must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

2.3 Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error or a defective product.

**3. Non-Returnable Items:**

3.1 Custom Orders: Items that are specially ordered or customized according to customer specifications are non-returnable.

3.2 Clearance Items: Clearance or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

**4. Inspection and Refund:**

4.1 Inspection: All returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage.

4.2 Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

**5. Restocking Fee:**

5.1 A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to returns that are not a result of our error.

**6. Damaged or Defective Items:**

6.1 If the merchandise is received damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

6.2 Replacement or Refund: We will either replace the damaged or defective item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

**7. Cancellations:**

7.1 Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

**8. Exchange Policy:**

8.1 We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers can return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
